When I Was Little. . .
When I was little,
I had not a care in the world
Not much television for us, go outside and play
A big, huge lot in the back to ride bicycles and motorcycles
Not a care in the world
I had four sisters to play with, add in the whole block for fun
Include cousins, aunts, uncles, and school chums
Not a care in the world
Mommy and Daddy always there for us
Catholic school for us, what good little girls we were
Not a care in the world
It was a different time, the 60s and 70s
No internet and video games to keep us locked up inside
Not a care in the world
Just great, wholesome fun
Lots of fresh air and exercise
Not a care in the world
Oh, to be little again
What wonderful times we had
Not a care in the world
